Nexus Gems is a fully offline application. It does not require internet access to function and makes zero network requests during gameplay. Play anywhere, anytime — no connection needed.

The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics platforms, advertising networks, social media SDKs, or crash reporting tools. No third-party code collects data from users of this App — ever.

Nexus Gems is suitable for all ages, including children under 13. Because we collect absolutely no personal information, the App complies with COPPA and similar international child privacy regulations. Parents can let their children play with complete confidence.

Since all game data is stored locally on your device and no data is ever transmitted externally, your information is as secure as your own device. We recommend protecting your device with a PIN, password, or biometric lock for best security.

The App requests no special Android permissions. It does not access your contacts, camera, microphone, files, or location. What you see is what you get — a pure, permission-free puzzle game.
